Look around your yard, drive through the country and ask yourself where did the 'birds' go. I noticed that none of the robins who loved to get worms out of the soil after I sprinkled or it rained, are for the most part gone. Most of them have already migrated south. Usually I notice that they disappear around the middle of August. They probably left about 10 days early just like the growing season is about 10 days early.
